Booking And Cancellation Policy


Methods of Payment : All major Credit Cards accepted or Cash. All sales are final. No returns on procedures or products. A valid credit card is required to book appointment even when paying cash. No checks.  ___

Disclosure of Personal Information: Any information provided on this intake/site (i.e. name , address, email, phone number and credit card) when you request information or book an appointment is confidential and only used to deliver information about services to you.  ___

Appointment Booking: Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment to fill out your paperwork.  ___

Appointment Cancellation Policies and Fees: Your lash appointments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the studio’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that these calls must be made within business hours of 11am- 7pm EST Tuesday- Saturday. Any cancellations within less than 24 hours notice are subjected to a cancellations fee amounting to 25% of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointment without giving notice will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and, have implemented this policy for a reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of the other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. When you scheduled your appointment with us, you are aggreging to these policies. All services require a credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or not show. Upon checkout, guest may choose their method of payment. Payment in advance may be required for those with a history of no shows or cancelled appointments without 24- 48 hours’ notice.  ___

Late Policy: A 5 minute grace period if given for late appointments . Tardiness will be deducted from your appointment. This may result in fewer lashes applied if time is not allowed for a complete set or fill. 15 minutes late is considered a “no show” and there will a fee charged. Please be early to all appointments to fill out your paperwork, use the restroom, wash your lashes, and silence your phone.  ___

Retail Policy: All retail products and gift certificates are final sale. Should your product be damaged and or defected at the time of purchase you may return it for store credit and/or exchange within 7 days with the original receipt.  ___

Children Policy : For the safety of your children and as a courtesy to other clients we ask that you make child care arrangements before your appointment. Our work is very detailed oriented and involves an extreme amount of concentration and focus. Please understand this is for your safety and the safety of your children. We want to provide the most enjoyable and relaxing experience for everyone.  ___
